Out with old, in with the new!

So for the past four months we have not had any blinds or shutters on our front door and back door. After about a month after we moved in I could not take it anymore and put up a sheet on one door and a blanket on the other door. It has been very annoying going in and out! We have been waiting about 6 weeks to get our shutters in and I am proud to announce that I have laid those blankets and sheets to rest today! Whoo hoo! Here is what it used to look like:

And I also have been wanting a new patio set. Of course my husband says what is wrong with the one we have? I have been telling him it is faded and grungy looking. So one day he came home from work and my dad and I were loading up the old set in my dad's truck for him to haul off and JT was like, "Hey hey hey! What are we doing with those?" Needless to say we did not get rid of them. So instead I decided to redo them! I bought paint the next day and new cushions and now I am in LOVE with my "old" patio set!
